The SeaLion ROV is a completely mobile underwater camera system capable of moving in any direction. Perfect for pipeline work, river and ocean searches, and the inspection of hazardous sites. The SeaLion is a more powerful version of Fishers very popular SeaOtter ROV.

A More Powerful Advanced Design

The SeaLion ROV is designed for enhanced underwater exploration with increased mobility and power. It is ideal for pipeline inspections, river and ocean searches, and hazardous site inspections.

Easy Navigation

The SeaLion features two additional horizontal thrusters for increased forward and reverse thrust, achieving a maximum speed of 3 mph. It can operate in stronger currents and with longer umbilical cables, up to 1,000 feet, making it suitable for tunnel and pipeline inspections. The SeaLion offers an optional 1,000-foot depth rating, compared to the SeaOtter's 500-foot capability.

Advanced Propulsion System

Equipped with a sophisticated six motor propulsion system, the SeaLion has four motors for forward and reverse, and two for vertical and lateral thrust. All motors are reversible and operate at variable speeds, monitored by meters on the control panel.

Intuitive Easy to Use Controls

The SeaLion transmits video to a topside 13-inch high-resolution color monitor. A VCR can be connected for recording. The color camera features a 6mm wide-angle lens with a 120-degree viewing angle, enhanced by four 100-watt tungsten halogen lamps. The system is portable and user-friendly.

Includes Everything You Need

FREE: Basic Display for time/date/GPS and PAL camera with high resolution. The optional spare parts kit ensures field maintainability. A carrying case is included. The JW Fishers SeaLion ROV system offers a cost-effective solution, competing with systems more than twice its price.

The SeaLion ROV is the top-of-the-line, completely mobile underwater camera system from JW Fishers. This model employs a 6 motor propulsion system with four motors for forward/reverse and two motors for vertical and lateral thrust. The SeaLion was designed for applications requiring long cable lengths or operations in currents up to three MPH. In addition to all the features of the SeaOtter, the SeaLion has two additional horizontal thrusters and variable lighting from 0 to 400 watts.
