Fisher's new Multi-Sensor offers superior leak detection capabilities. With an extremely compact design, it achieves higher performance, improved audio clarity, enhanced sensor electronics, and better sensitivity to leaks with reduced background noise. The Fisher multi-sensor is versatile, used for both ground microphone and direct contact applications.

Advanced Features

The XLT-30-B features advanced electronic amplification and filtering, a tactile keypad, an easy-to-read digital display, and a notch feature for suppressing external noise. It can detect leaks at hydrants, meter pits, valves, and underground, pinpointing liquid leaks in pipes. The notch filter system reduces external noise, and the ultra-low amplifier noise enhances leak responses. The peak hold function on the LCD bar graph allows sound level comparison. It automatically limits the system to enhance weak noise sources, with crystal clear audio headphones included for field use. The digital display is backlit for low-light conditions, and the unit ships in a heavy-duty carrying case for protection.

Enhanced Detection Capabilities

It has increased response for poor sound conductors like PVC or non-metallic pipes. Sensors are shielded from outside noises to reduce interference. A battery test and monitoring system is built in. This model offers a variety of optional ultra-sensitive sound microphones, including the Hydrophonic Probe, Sound Rods, Multi Sensor Microphone, and the Big Foot Microphone.
