Perfect for when you may need to hike a great distance to your metal detecting location. The second of three shovels is a mid-height, 36" Ground Shark. Rounding out the Lesche shovel series is the tallest, the 40" Ground Shark.

Walter Lesche came to the USA in 1952, penniless and unfamiliar with the English language. Lesche started his business; Walt's Welding, out of his garage in the mid 1950's. In 1964, Walt moved his company to its current location and expanded the line of products. Shown above, the Lesche Ground Shark blade is produced from aircraft-quality steel. The blade is 3 1/4" wide by 12" long. The steel is extremely durable and rust resistant. To assure the longest life, each blade is heat treated.

Shown above, the Lesche Ground Shark features a rugged rubber step plate. This feature gives you the most leverage for digging in tough ground conditions.
