Within 14 days of receipt of your on line order, you may return or exchange any item in original condition. All products must be unused, in the original packaging and with the manufacturer's original warranty and manual. Return shipping & insurance fees are your responsibility. You must call for a return authorization code before shipping any product back for a refund or exchange.
